| considerando che in seguito alla decisione 98/106/PESC (2), che aggiorna l'allegato I della decisione sopracitata, anche l'allegato V di detta decisione richiede un aggiornamento, | Whereas further to Decision 98/106/CFSP (2) updating Annex I to the above Decision, Annex V to the Decision also needs updating, |

| L'elenco contenuto nell'allegato V della decisione 94/942/PESC, di cui all'articolo 6 della stessa decisione e all'articolo 20, paragrafo 1 del regolamento (CE) n. 3381/94 del Consiglio, del 19 dicembre 1994, che istituisce un regime comunitario di controllo delle esportazioni di beni a duplice uso (3), è modificato nel seguente modo: | The list contained in Annex V to Decision 94/942/CFSP, referred to in Article 6 of that Decision, and in Article 20(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 3381/94 of 19 December 1994 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports of dual-use goods (3) shall be amended as follows: |
