| (1) Nell'allegato I del regolamento (CE) n. 881/2002 figura l'elenco delle persone, dei gruppi e delle entità a cui si applica il congelamento dei fondi e delle risorse economiche a norma del regolamento. | (1) Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 lists the persons, groups and entities covered by the freezing of funds and economic resources under that Regulation. |
| (2) Il 28 ottobre e il 21 novembre 2002, il comitato per le sanzioni ha deciso di modificare l'elenco delle persone, dei gruppi e delle entità a cui si applica il congelamento dei fondi e delle risorse economiche. Occorre quindi modificare di conseguenza l'allegato I. | (2) On 28 October and 21 November 2002, the Sanctions Committee decided to amend the list of persons, groups and entities to whom the freezing of funds and economic resources shall apply and, therefore, Annex I should be amended accordingly. |
